Upshifter of the Week: Heidi R!

We are proud to announce that our Columbus Upshifter of the Week is Heidi R. Heidi has joined Upshift as a way to keep busy after her retirement. She has worked over 600 hours with a 5-star review!

Tell us a bit about yourself.

I used to work as a psych attendant in the state mental hospital, however; I retired in January. After retiring there was a lot that I wanted to do like traveling, disaster relief work, and volunteer work, but then covid happened and affected these plans so that’s when I decided to join Upshift.

How has it been working on Upshift?

Upshift has been great! I really enjoy all the hospitality jobs and to my surprise, I actually ended up liking the factory work as well. My favorite places to work are Takeya USA and Stella & Dot. All the jobs train you really well and make sure you know what you’re doing.

What do you like most about Upshift?

I like Upshift because of the flexibility it provides. It allows me to make money when I want and still have time to do the things I want to do. It is a great way to stay busy after my retirement.
