Upshift is a digital platform which connects businesses and workers for on-demand labor through our mobile and web applications. We make work easy by putting shifts just the click of a button away.

Upshift charges businesses a fee after the successful completion of a shift. This success fee covers worker’s compensation insurance, unemployment insurance and employment taxes for every Upshifter. You can read more about our pricing here.

Upshift is available in the following cities though we plan to add more in 2020!

Upshift allows you to meet your contingent labor needs without resorting to temp agencies or Craigslist postings. We allow you to choose who will come into your place of business and set the pay, hours and times.

We classify all workers as W2 which means we cover all employer side taxes, unemployment insurance and worker’s compensation insurance. Never worry about HR headaches again!
