Frequently Asked Questions For Upshifters

Upshift is 100% free for workers to use. We never take any fees out of your pay for connecting you with shifts, we only make money when Upshifters make money and all fees are charged to the businesses.

Upshift charges businesses a fee after the successful completion of a shift. This success fee covers worker’s compensation insurance, unemployment insurance and employer taxes for every Upshifter.

Upshift allows workers to choose where and when they want to work. Whether you want to pick up an extra shift just for this Friday or for every Monday Upshift makes picking up shifts as easy as pressing a button. Upshift offers you the flexibilty to pick up an extra shift or find your next job.
