About the Company

Four Bridges Country Club is one of the premier Country Clubs in the Greater Cincinnati area. Its world class championship golf course was designed by Golf World’s first ever “Designer of the Year”, Robert E. Cupp, and opened its entire eighteen holes in June of 2000.

The Challenge

Four Bridges Country Club hosts several events centered around plated banquets or buffets. Some events are more extensive than others and require a variable number of hourly staff to work back of house and front of house positions. The company had trouble finding quality staff on short notice for their events.
